Terms and Conditions of Purchase - The Athlete Barn

Cancellation Policy:

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is mandatory for all sessions, packages, memberships, or products purchased from The Athlete Barn.
• Any cancellations must be communicated to The Athlete Barn at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $30 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the original payment method. Note: In addition, any prepaid fees or packages may be forfeited.

Change of Shoes Policy:

• No outdoor shoes are allowed within the gym premises.
• It is mandatory to bring a change of shoes to wear inside the gym.
• Wearing outdoor shoes inside the gym is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• This policy ensures that no dirt, rocks, or outside debris are brought into the gym facility.

Code of Conduct:

• Members and visitors are expected to adhere to a high standard of behavior while on The Athlete Barn premises.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other members will not be tolerated.
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership or access without refund.

Membership Transfer:

• Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by The Athlete Barn.
• Any attempt to transfer membership without proper authorization will lead to immediate termination of the membership.

Photography and Videography:

• Photography and videography within the gym premises are allowed only with prior permission from The Athlete Barn.
• Unauthorized recording of sessions, classes, or other members is strictly prohibited.

Equipment Usage:

• Members are responsible for using gym equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement.

Health and Medical Considerations:

• Members are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
• The Athlete Barn is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from participation in its programs or use of its facilities.

Gym Schedule and Availability:

• The Athlete Barn reserves the right to modify gym schedules, classes, or facility availability without prior notice.
• Members will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

• Credit card chargebacks are not permitted without prior discussion with The Athlete Barn management.
• In the event of a dispute or chargeback, The Athlete Barn management will provide the final decision.
• Any fees incurred by The Athlete Barn in resolving the matter, including legal fees or administrative costs, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Membership may be subject to termination or suspension until the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of The Athlete Barn.

By making a purchase on The Athlete Barn's website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Athlete Barn reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
